Das Hotel kann in keiner Weise den Erwartungen gerecht werden, die durch die Website und die Fotos geweckt werden. Kompliment an die Marketing Agentur und den Fotografen. Wir kamen nachts an und der erste Eindruck war extrem trist. Total uncharmante und kühle Eingangshalle, die jeder Notaufnahme im Krankenhaus gerecht würde. Überall im Hotel kalt weißes grelles Licht, dass keinerlei Gemütlichkeit aufkommen lässt. Zimmer billig renoviert und ziemlich heruntergekommen. Auch im Zimmer diese unangenehmen, grelle, kalte Beleuchtung. Toilette so eng, dass man kaum Platz zum Sitzen hatte. Nie wieder

We have just got back from a 10 day stay at this hotel, it did the job but it’s hanging on to 4 stars, won’t take a lot to make it a great hotel! Evening entertainment is really poor, adult pool has tiles missing, sports activities in the day are hit and miss you are not sure what time they start so end up missing a lot of activities as app and board at the bar isn’t updated. We stayed in room 126 and it was large and had very good A/C so very happy, we had a buggy take us to our room which was a nice touch. The views from the adult pool are lovely and drinks are very good too from the bar. We had a wedding party here and everyone was happy with the food. I must say it’s the best all inclusive food I have ever had! Waterpolo at 4:30 is very good fun so I highly recommended that if you get a chance. We never struggled for a sun bed as long as you are around the pool before 10am as it gets busy after that. We did ask 3 times for an iron which never turned up but we got it sorted in the end. A good hotel which with a little attention to detail can be great.

We have just got home from a wonderful trip to Paphos Breeze Cyprus and it was so relaxing and beautiful. To start with the food was absolutely amazing, every meal time there was so much choice, the food was hot and every thing was so tasty. The salad bar is what salad dreams are made of! The restaurant is clean and there was always a clean table ready. All the staff at the hotel are so lovely and friendly, they work very hard and can’t do enough for you to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Nicky is guest representative and she was so kind and welcoming, she is an amazing asset to the resort. Our room was spotless with fresh towels everyday, the bed was super comfy and massive too. There was a relaxing pool for adults and a family pool, both really good sizes and no sunbed wars as there are loads of them. There is also an indoor pool, gym and spa which were lovely and clean. There was entertainment in the evenings from Greek dancers, karaoke and a fire show, which was fantastic. There is also a kids disco, entertainment team and a lovely play park. The beach is on the doorstep too with a little area for sea swimming. The only thing I would say is that the hotel was a little out the way of the town and local shops but there is a free shuttle bus that runs most days from the hotel to the shopping mall and Marina which was beautiful or you can get a short taxi ride. We checked out at midday and our pick up wasn’t until 7pm, we were allowed to stay in the hotel and use all the facilities which we thought was amazing, such a kind gesture. Thank you all at Paphos Breeze for a perfect week away!

Lovely holiday at this hotel, relaxing and quiet if you want nightlife then this is not the hotel for you. We had a superior studio, and it was a great, nice, large room with a fridge and dining table and a separate bathroom. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean.food is very good. Lots of choice to choose from the restaurant is a bit like a canteen could do with making it a bit more welcoming. Also, the bar is lacking the atmosphere and needs more comfy chairs and maybe colour. Suggestions.A cat hotel in the grounds so the kids can go and feed them lots of hotels have these with a jar of cat biscuits in reception for kids and adults can help themselves to feed them with as you need these cats and kittens at hotels to keep vermin away. Entertainment ok but it could be better if they could do with a silent disco once a week. This is great fun for everyone. Maybe a bbq night once a week outside on the grass ,put solar lights around the trunks of the trees, make it more attractive. All these things would make this hotel even better. Take a pack of cards as you may get bored. There are no bars or shops near by but there is a shuttle bus from hotel. Will we return yes we will, but it could be so much better.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay, 2 adults and 2 children 9 and 14. We chose this hotel due to staying at another Louis Hotel last time we visited Paphos 10 years ago. The hotel is just outside of the main part of Paphos (we knew this before as we done our homework) so wasn’t a problem for us as we wanted a nice quite relaxing holiday. This being said I do think the hotel is missing a trick by not having its own little shop on site it’s plenty big enough to accommodate this somewhere. There is a free shuttle bus that goes to the mall and harbour we used this as well as a taxi which is easy and cheap enough also. The rooms are very spacious we stayed in room 35 with a pool and see view (see photos) we were surprised at how big this was with great storage space. Okay the bathroom tiles and some other bits were a little dated but this didn’t matter to us, as being on holiday we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. The kids beds were comfy and the air con done its job. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels ect. The sun beds were the most comfy I have ever had the pleasure of laying on. They are trying their best to stop people from reserving them and will remove the hotel towels although people picked up on this and would reserve them with their own towels which would not remove. Having said this we never had any problems getting a sun bed. We stayed by the big pool as best for our children, their is also a baby pool and an adults quite pool that can be used. There is also a big grassy area infront of the sea with lots more sunbeds. Not sure how people have moaned about the food in past reviews as the quality of food was amazing with a different theme each night! The entertainment team are great throughout the day and work very hard. My daughter loved doing kids club and mini disco with Vicky! The highlight from the entertainment team was definitely the pool party! The only thing I can possibly put the hotel down on was the evening entertainment it’s very hit and miss the only things that we really found entertaining was the fire and LED show, everything else was a little bit lacking. Also if you are not there early enough their are not enough seats and tables and you have to sit on sunbeds which is not really what I wish to be doing of an evening even if they are comfy. The staff clearly work very hard from the cleaners to the restaurant staff they just don’t stop, it’s not a bad hotel at all just a few little tweaks needed here and there, would I stay here again, yes I would.

We had a lovely time, and as many have previously noted - it's the hotel staff that make your holiday. They work so hard, popping up everywhere throughout the day. Bibo and Lorena deserve special praise for their dedication and overseeing of the restaurant. Our room was clean and spacious and we slept well every night. We settled on the grassy area every day because of the cooling breeze and consequently not a single member of the animation team spoke to us, never mind smile! Nicky ensured the shuttle bus sign was altered to note limited availability whilst we were there - this is fair but the que for the bus remains unfair ( mind you that is down to the manners of guests). I don't believe that this hotel has an identity - advertises as a family space yet there is nowhere for children to go in the evening... consequently they are running around the bar area. After meeting Nicky and Mr Manager I'm confident that they will set a particular direction and work towards it. Positives: Friendly staff, wonderful food, spacious room, quiet location with beautiful sunsets, comfy and plentiful sunloungers, swap box. Needing improvement : More staff before you drive away wonderful staff, Consistency all around - inflatables, towels, pouring of water, opening times of outside bars, courtesy of animation team etc, Identity - what is it? Evening entertainment - pretty poor. Ambiance of the bar and eating area ( canteen vibes more than restaurant) A more effective shuttle bus arrangement. ( All of these points have already been conveyed to the higher leadership team). You'll have a lovely, quiet holiday if you visit but it's for relaxation and early bedtimes!!

Undoubtedly, Nicky Guest Relations. Made our stay. There was nothing that she could sort for us - and she did it with such enthusiasm, a genuine desire to make our holiday the best it could be. She went over and beyond. Our daughter got married on 18-8 and Nicky made the whole time extra special, helping us with so much. Deepak needs a special mention to - such a lovely man working in the restaurant and by the pool. Again faultless service. Would definitely recommend this hotel - perfect location, great pools, amazing all inclusive food and attentive staff.

We still enjoyed our holiday but the hotel could have been better.

This hotel is not one I would return to unfortunately, it’s satisfactory at best. Its saving grace was the good buffet spread, spacious rooms and pretty solid all-inclusive. However, the pools get very warm after 10-11am and it’s like swimming in a hot tub. We left and went to the beach the last 2 days as we couldn’t stand the hotels pools. The main pool area in general has an air of neglect, with broken tiles all around the pool, with the cherry on top being the tiles that broke at the small kids pool and the hotel put a caution sign over the broken hole for 2 days instead of fixing it. This is obviously dangerous for the small kids that use the pool. In addition to that, there was stray towels and garbage all through the day and evening, with no one bothering to clean up. As for our room, while spacious with a kitchenette and one bedroom with a living room, was not cleaned properly on our arrival, as we found stray hairs in all rooms, even in a kitchen drawer. The sheets had stains on them and the extractor in the bathroom was not working, and anyone can imagine how problematic that is. We told reception of the problem but no one bothered to come and check. The pool towels need replacing as most of them are ripped and frayed. The evening entertainment we only saw one night, which was kids karaoke… after that night we left the hotel in the evenings. It’s a shame because the food is good and the all inclusive nature of the hotel is good, but we personally could not stand staying at the hot pool all day, it was miserable.
